When I searched for the word ‘in the last days’ in the Internet Bible, 7 Bible verses came up.

We live for a generation, and as we live through the generations, we must know the current times like the tribe of Issachar.

1. Phenomenon of the Age of the Last Days
1) War (Ukraine and Russia), Poland and Belarus, South Korea and North Korea, China and Taiwan, there are elements of conflict everywhere.
2) Earthquakes (Earthquakes occur in Korea, earthquakes in the Turki region, Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia)
3) Unstoppable wildfires (Australia)
4) The biggest problem is global warming. (Earth is getting hotter)
When I get on the train at night, there are times when I wonder if I am riding well. At that time, we need to quickly see the signs. And if you are going in the wrong direction, get off quickly and change to the direction you want to go.

2. The God Who Keeps His Promises
① The God of the Most High is a self-existing God and a God who keeps the words of the Bible spoken by Himself. ② It means immutable. A covernet (ברית) refers to a contract or promise. In Exodus 3:15, it says, “~ The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.”

We don’t trust North Korea. Because they don’t keep their promises. The Kaesong Industrial Complex is a representative example. It was a company for Korean companies to enter and start business there, and for North Korean workers to work and coexist. However, I saw that they unilaterally destroyed and operated our company’s factories at will. This is Mt. Kumgang tour. Hyundai Engineering & Construction worked hard to build the Mt. Kumgang tourism project, but they passed the responsibility to South Korea for shooting and killing a South Korean woman and forcing them to stop tourism at Mt. Geumgang. No trust. Doesn’t keep promises. But God is a God of promise.

3. Those who mock in the last days
3. Know this first, that in the last days mockers will come and walk after their own lusts,
4. They said, “Where is the promise of the coming of the Lord? Since the ancestors fell asleep, all things remain as they were when they were first created.”
They mock us when we say the end times. If you talk about the end of the world, you are denying the advent of the Lord. They are called those who follow their lusts in the Bible. This is because the ancestors talk about the Lord’s second coming, but until now the Lord’s second coming has not occurred and it is just as it was when it was first created.

The nature of our flesh and the law of the Spirit always exist in our hearts. That’s why it creates conflict in the mind and makes it agonize. Even the greatest adults are conflicted. Apostle Paul, Augustine, and Luther did the same.

Augustine lived through bodily nature bets with her friends in her youth. But after meeting Ambrosius, the servant of the Lord, Augustine decided to live by the nature of the Word of God, not by the nature of the flesh.

James 5:17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months.

In the old Bible, “In the last days, scoffers will come and walk after their own lusts and ridicule” “Scoffers” are scoffers. They are those who ridicule the Lord’s return. “Ha ha ha! Do you think Christ is coming again!

why mock? Because they thought the world would never end. Even if the end of the world comes, it’s because you have a strong army, a strong earthquake and a safe house in the event of a nuclear bomb.

“He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction, turning them to ashes, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly” (2 Peter 2:6).

4. As in the days of Noah and Lot
Luke 17:26. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the Son of Man.
27 People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage until the day Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
28. And it will be like the days of Lot, when people ate and drank, bought and sold, planted and built.
29. On the day Lot went out of Sodom, fire and brimstone rained from heaven and destroyed them.
30. So it will be on the day when the Son of Man appears.

It is the same at any time in the world. In every era, people ate, drank, married, got married, and lived that way. However, what I want to say by appearing here is the people of Noah and Lot. In any era, most people live wickedly, but there are still people who live godly. There are very few of them, but they are called stumps, remnants, and remnants.

They eat, drink, sell, plant, build houses, live according to their own righteousness, even when they are judged by flood or by fire and brimstone. “So it will be on the day the Son of Man appears” (Luke 17:30).

They know the weather well, but why don’t they know the changes of the times? They say that if clouds rise from the west, showers will come, and if a south wind blows, it will be hot. (Luke 12:54-56)

Earth is heating up. Just as you were judged by water, the time will come when you will be judged by fire according to the word of the Lord.

2 Peter 3:6 Because of this, the world at that time was destroyed by the overflow of water, 7 but now, by the same word, heaven and earth are reserved for fire, reserved for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

5. There is no godliness in the last days.
2 Timothy 3:1 Know this that in the last days, times of trouble will come, 2. people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy 3. unloving and unforgiving, slanderous, uncontrolled, fierce, not fond of what is good,
4. Treacherous, impetuous, conceited, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, 5. having a form of godliness, but denying its power.

It is a world where the form of godliness prevails. Even in sermons, there are puns. As such, it is a fun and funny sermon. This is a popular sermon. We testify the word of God through the words of politicians, businessmen, and worldly philosophers.

Even in the life of faith, it seems like a horse, and the ability doesn’t appear in life. It is to live a life of faith in a long tradition and format like the Pharisees and scribes. It is a life of faith full of face and formalities to look after others.

That is, the inside and outside are different. It’s like Jesus’ parable of the whitewashed tomb. It is beautiful on the outside, but inside it is filled with dead bodies and the smell is vibrating. The Pharisees and the scribes signify a camouflaged state by painting and repainting to hide their stains.

conclusion
1 Corinthians 10:11 These things that happened to them were written as an example and also to warn us who have met the last days.

what happened to them? It is idolatry. It is a day of fornication. It’s something I tested with them. It means not grumbling like the Israelites. It is said that such things are to set an example for us and to enlighten us who have met the last days.

Acts 2:17 In the last days, says God, I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your children shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.
